Moving On.

Moving On.
The 3D Live Apps class have come to an end. The knowledge that I acquired from this is far beyond enough. We were taught on how to do proper presentations, dress codes and so on. They managed to equip us with sufficient knowledge for future and current use. I believe the 3D Live Apps is very useful for future use.

As the class have ended, Dr. Tan was able to have time to check our assignments and continue regarding the lecture. The next factor was regarding technology. Technology have been evolving in a very fast manner that we humans cannot catch up too many of the new products created. With the fast pace of accelerating improvement of technology, there will be one point whereby the improvement will stop and will thus wait for a creative destruction. According to Joseph Schumpeter, every life cycle has a creative destruction. This creative destruction is something that is very sudden and unexpected. The negative side of this theory is that not all things have a creative destruction. For instance, a table does not face a creative destruction because it cannot be changed into something else with a different purpose of the table.

Moreover, the natural environment is also another factor that affects out businesses. Consumers are now very sensitive towards the materials used in production of items. Consumers are concerned and have the perception that companies should be responsible towards the nature and not destroy it. As an example, Loreal's products were considered non halal and was banned in a few countries because Loreal uses animal testing for their products. To change people's perception regarding Loreal, Loreal bought over Body Shop, an organic skincare product, to learn how not to use animal testing. Due to this critical action, Loreal's sales boosted and people's perception have changed.

To conclude, businesses must take the PESTEL analysis seriously as one wrong move can cause the business to shut down. Organizations must learn how to adapt to such dynamic and rapid environment in order to survive in such a competitive business market.

"Your future is created by what you do today and not tomorrow"
